Make your district’s future-ready vision real

Turn it into clear expectations and site-level systems that principals and teachers can actually implement.

What district leaders are up against

You have the future-ready vision , but lack the capacity to turn it into consistent site level practice.

Principals face conflicting and ever-evolving pressures while trying to create a strong school culture.

Teachers and counselors feel stretched thin and need clarity about what matters most.

We build the district, site, and classroom conditions where future-connected learning sticks.

  • District Level Strategy: A clear strategy that translates vision into expectations and guidance that reach every school site.

  • Principal Leadership & Site Level Support: Structures and tools that help principals filter noise, uphold consistent expectations, and navigate post-COVID pressures.

  • Teacher Integration & Classroom Practice: Instructional routines and tools that help teachers integrate career connected learning and future ready skills into core content without adding to their workload.

The Team

We’ve lived every part of this system — and we design with teachers and leaders in mind.

We started in the classroom. Chloe taught English Language Development, elementary, and middle school in multilingual, high-need settings. Sarah taught high school math in New York City, building strong routines and cultures of high expectation. Those years shaped our understanding of what teachers carry and what students need. From there, we worked across the broader education ecosystem — ed tech, curriculum design, nonprofits — and Sarah later led the research team at the San Diego Workforce Partnership, translating labor market data into tools educators could actually use.We built Open Paths for districts that want clarity, coherence, and sustainable future-connected learning — and who care deeply about supporting the educators doing the work every day.
